- It can be used to smooth interior concrete, wood, terrazzo, ceramic and quarry tile, steel, select epoxy coating systems and non-water-soluble adhesive residue on concrete
- Ardex K 60 is trowelable and can smooth floors at 1/8″ (3 mm) or less. It does not require mechanical profiling and priming for use and can be easily mixed with latex additive
- This leveling compound can be applied under wall tile or floor tile in wet areas, such as bathroom, kitchen, shower (steam shower), and bathtub surround
- It is an ideal underlayment for installing a universal range of vinyl flooring and carpet tile types in residential and commercial environments with up to 2-3 of drying
